Community Liaison

Community Liaison (CL) is the contact point of DHP with the local communities and stakeholders. CL is focused on the provision of information related to project activities and engagement of the local stakeholders. DHP CL operates three Public Information Offices in Gramsh, Banjë and Nikollarë. All interested parties can visit the DHP Public Information Office to obtain more information of the project activities.Also, CL coordinates the Grievance Redress Mechanism, a process put in place based on IFC principles to collect grievances from the project affected community and address them properly.
